To preserve the integrity of our collections, all purchases are governed by a controlled and selective returns policy.

Due to the nature of our limited releases, all purchases are considered final.

Refunds are not offered for changes in preference, sizing selection, or personal discretion.

 

 

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are permitted only where an item is received in a condition that does not meet our standards.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Requests submitted outside this timeframe are not eligible for review.

 

 

Condition Requirements

Items approved for exchange must be returned in original condition:

 

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed and unaltered

• Complete with all original packaging, tags, and accompanying materials

 

 

Any item exhibiting signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage unrelated to the original issue will be declined.

 

 

Verification

All requests require clear photographic evidence. SKYNOX may request additional documentation where necessary.

Requests lacking sufficient evidence will be declined.

 

 

Review & Determination

All requests are subject to review. Approval is not guaranteed.

SKYNOX retains full discretion over eligibility, resolution, and final determination.

 

 

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

 

• Size selection or fit preference

• Minor variations in color, tone, or texture

• Orders outside domestic regions

 

 

 

Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping remains the responsibility of the client unless deemed a fulfillment error.

SKYNOX is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
