Tracking
Tracking details are issued once the order has been dispatched.
Clients are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.
Delays & Transit Conditions
SKYNOX is not liable for delays resulting from carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
All shipping details must be entered accurately at checkout.
Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the client will not be replaced or refunded.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the client.
